If the term "employee", "staff" or comparable terms are used in the following trainings, this means that Roche Corporation employees are the main target group for the trainings.

You provide services for a Roche Corporation based on a service contract or a contract for work. Therefore, these trainings have been assigned to you. For this reason, the term in your case must be interpreted as "employee of an external company" or as an "external company subcontractor", depending on your contractual relationship with the external company.

The completion of the training does not justify any employment relationship with Roche.

Papers, documents, certificates and proofs, which are available for you, use several terms of training. For you as an employee of external company, this is to be understood as a synonym of 'instruction'.
