Therefore we have developed the Contractor Training Tool. Which supports you and your employees while
working at our site and to give orientation by providing trainings. The successful training completion and the compliant proof are a prerequisite for carrying out your work on our site.

The engaged Contractors must ensure that their employees or the employees of their subcontractors complete
the trainings and file the proofs prior to the start of their work.

Your employees can complete the trainings either individually or in the form of a group training. The training
type or its form of conducting determines the type of the proof.

If the employee does the training on the Contractor Training Tool on his/her own, the employee receives a certificate after the successful completion. The signed certificate serves as proof. For generally valid qualifications, which are necessary for performing your occupation, the corresponding external proof serves as evidence of the training. For the proof of a group training, the corresponding form can be found under "Documents", on this page. In addition, the form for proof of an on-site instruction is available. It serves as a proof of trainings which has to be conducted by Roche employee.
